Responsibilities

  • Effectively conduct customer implementations driven by best practice standards and provide a ‘Cost Effective’ solution
  • Determine and execute the best approach and solution according to Salesforce best practices and a ‘Cost Effective’ solution
  • Product configuration
  • Team working with Project Managers, technical staff and any other employee at CloudTech
  • Customer training
  • Be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting software packages
  • Troubleshoot customers issues and escalate as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the customer to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and coordinate with the relevant PM and Director
  • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship
  • The implementer will be measured and will be accountable for his performance and the outcome of his assignments
  • The implementer will report directly to the team leader in charge of the implementation team
