Salesforce Business Analyst


  • Maintain complete planning & control of project schedule, budget and risk issues in medium-sized projects
  • Determine and design the best approach and solution according to Salesforce best practices
  • Identify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance and escalate issues regarding that to his direct manager
  • Set, assess and manage client expectations and escalate issues regarding that to his direct manager
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Communicate effectively with the customer to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship together with the account manager, cultivate relationships with key managerial positions
  • Drive results in alignment with business objectives and company goals



  • 3+ years’ experience with provisioning solution in Salesforce projects - A must
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing and managing customer requirements and remarks
  • Proven Experience in leading processes
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew
