Tal Kisilevich


Tal’s goal is to strengthen CloudTech’s leadership in the world of enterprise digital transformation, and to further increase Yael Group's footprint in the area of cloud computing services in general, and particularly in Salesforce domain.

Prior to his appointment, Tal served as Regional VP of Vlocity Israel, Eastern Europe and Nordics. Vlocity was an industry-specific cloud apps provider for communications, insurance, and energy verticals, based on the Salesforce platform. Vlocity was recently acquired by Salesforce, and today is the Salesforce Industries division.

Tal has over 20 years of global sales and delivery experience in software solutions focusing on telecom, media and insurance industries in Salesforce and Amdocs ecosystems.

Tal has a Master of Science degree in Management and Information Systems from Tel-Aviv University.

Tal Kisilevich replaced Avi Avisror, CloudTech’s founder as CEO.

Zevik Heinoch

Deputy CEO

As Deputy CEO, Zevik is responsible for creating strategic business partnerships and driving new revenue sources for the organization.

Zevik works closely with all departments to provide direction and oversee the workings of the company.

Zevik graduated from the Israeli military computer unit (Mamram), and has 15 years of experience as a manager and consultant in the industry. There really isn’t a problem he can’t solve. When away from the office, Zevik can be found volunteering with the KS Loves Animals organization.

Ishay Kenan

VP Presale and Architecture

Ishay has more than 20 years of experience in IT and presale.

In his previous positions, he served as IT manager at Mey Eden, head of IT at IBI Investment House, and head of presale at Malam Team.

As VP Presale and Architecture, Ishay Is responsible for leading all presale processes in the company, managing the presale team, and turning opportunities into successful sales.

Ishay is the main point of contact for project architecture and solutions on a day-to-day basis, helping to create the best solutions for the customer, and ensuring that the CloudTech team is up-to-date with the latest and greatest knowledge in the Salesforce ecosystem.

In addition, Ishay manages the outsourcing team in the company’s outsourcing projects, and teaches a unique Salesforce administrator course formulated especially for people joining the Salesforce ecosystem.

Ariel Michaeli

VP Sales

Ariel has been working as a Sales & Account Manager at CloudTech for the last 4 years, and has more than 10 years’ experience in local and global sales operations.

His main responsibilities at CloudTech are engaging with customers for new opportunities, while keeping the company’s existing customer satisfaction at the highest level. Ariel uses a win-win sales approach, always putting the customer first while ensuring that CloudTech benefits as well. This makes Ariel a trusted advisor for his customers, allowing him to provide great ROI to all sides.

CloudTech is one of the leading integrators in Salesforce ecosystem in Israel. One of the most important aspects of Ariel’s job is cooperation and day-to-day work with vendors the vendor in order to keep the company at the forefront of Salesforce growth in the Israeli market and ecosystem.

Eti Ohayon

VP Projects

Eti Ohayon has over 20 years of experience of Project Management and System Analysis in CRM and ERP domains, with specialization in the Call Centers.

During her career Eti has led number of successful enterprise projects, meeting the objectives of time, budget and quality. As part of her role, she served as a Business Consultant for business process automation and improvement.

Eti holds a BA degree in Management and Information Systems from the Open University in Israel.

Shira Levi

VP Delivery

Shira is an experienced IT and Salesforce technical manager.
As VP Delivery, Shira leads teams of developers, implementers, and QA professionals that execute the development and implementation of business requirements based on the Salesforce platform. 
Prior to her work at CloudTech Shira lead the CRM development team at Cellcom. 
Shira is a graduate of the IDF Programming Course (Mamram) and has a BA in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya.
