Job Description:


We are looking for an ace Applications Trainer to successfully lead all our customers through the training and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training to end users in the organization about how to use the software efficiently to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create training content including the design of training curriculums
  • Lead training activities with customers via classroom (frontal), online, one-on-one, and workshops
  • Design, coordinate, and create training courses and modules
  • Create externally facing user guides, knowledge articles, FAQ's, and multimedia training content
  • Enhance customer experience and increase the knowledge and proficiency of our customers
  • Update training and associated documentation for each product update/release
  • Provide training to internal teams
  • Drive results in alignment with business objectives and company goals
  • The Applications Trainer will report directly to the director of professional services in charge of the training team
  • The Applications Trainer will be measured and will be accountable for his performance and the outcome of his assignments and projects

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in collaboration, conflict resolution, group interaction and dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including in English
  • Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Professional presence and demeanor
  • Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a professional and tactful manner
  • Out-of-the-box thinker
  • Ability to execute and deliver multiple tasks in a short time
  • Experience with Salesforce an advantage
  • Experience with SaaS an advantage
